Philip Kovach

During a tour of duty with the 10th Mountain Division and a deployment to Afghanistan in 2006, Phil purchased his first investment property at the age of 19. That is what sparked his interest in a career in Real Estate. He became a Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson in 2007. Phil decided it might be a good idea to join the ARMY Reserves so he could continue to serve his country whilst pursuing his new passion, a full time career in Real Estate. In his spare time, Phil completed his Bachelors degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2012 

Now, over 15 years into the business, Phil finds its not the selling of houses but the building of incredible relationships with amazing people that gets him to the office every day. He is held to a different standard because of the network he has built containing hundreds of interconnected families and businesses that need a trusted advisor.

Phil has been married to the love of his life since 2010 and loves spending time with his “girlies”. He is a Girl Dad to the core!

He is also able to combine his love for music and service to his country, as a member of the 198th ARMY Reserve Band. Where he travels the country performing in concerts, ceremonies and providing Military Honors for funerals.

 

Joseph Skelly

Joe started his real estate career while working full time in the Army National Guard. He was interested in owning real estate to earn passive income with rental properties but didn’t know how to get started. Joe was introduced to a real estate agent by referral, Phil Kovach, and he helped to give Joe the direction he needed for his goals. Shortly after, Joe bought his first rental and began his career as a property owner. He hasn’t looked back since.

Over the years, Joe found himself advising others on how they too could buy their first home just like he had. Joe realized that not only did he have a passion for real estate but he had a passion for helping and advising his closest friends and family. This path led Joe to becoming a licensed real estate agent, and now he gets to spend his time doing what he loves!

 

Sarah Sweeney

Sarah is our amazing Executive Assistant. She helps with all things real estate from scheduling showings and appointments, planning events, conducting showings when needed, coordinating the transaction from start to finish, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. She also gets to let her artistic talents shine by designing our marketing items. We couldn’t function without our Sarah!
